Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends).

  • Please note that during high volume periods, such as holiday seasons, processing times may increase due to higher demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping Options

  • Domestic:

    • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)

  • International:

    • Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days)

    • Express International Shipping (3-5 business days)

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country, which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

  • We strive to maintain a high level of service, but shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal delays, and customs inspections.

  • In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you via email and work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
